We are a family owned and operated contractor business that began in 2007, during the recession. Our primary focus at the time was multi-unit properties and homeowners. Exterior cleaning was a popular request for business fronts, roofs, and houses, so we added this service to our company. We soon realized that the traditional power washing process did not produce the quality result we wanted our business to be known for. After searching for a better alternative to the high pressure, eroding, loud and unpredictable process of power washing, we found Soft Wash. We were so impressed that it changed the direction of our business. This process uses eco-friendly chemicals and low pressure to gently clean organic stains from all exterior surfaces. It is quiet and safe, yet produces fast, predictable results without damaging the surface, and the clean lasts 3-5 times longer. At Spray-Clean! we are excited to be able to show our clients a better way to clean. We are proud to service residential, commercial and multi-unit properties throughout south central Wisconsin.
Will you do a partial cleaning? Only one side is dirty.
This is a question we get asked a lot. Home or business owners only see green on one or two sides of the home or building, or only a certain area of the roof has streaks. If there are visible algae, moss, or bacteria on one section of the surface it is on the other parts as well, it is just not as visible yet. This is good news, because there is less damage and erosion of the surface on the sections that the discoloration is not yet visible. Because we are treating the surface to kill these organisms and stop further damage the entire surface needs to be treated to prevent the dirty areas from re-contaminating the clean areas.
What is Soft Washing?
Soft wash is a cleaning process that uses eco-friendly chemicals combined with surfactants and low pressure water to gently and effectively clean organic based stains and debris from exterior surfaces. This process is quiet and safe for any exterior surface. Unsightly algae, mold, mildew, bacteria, fungus, germs, cobwebs, moss and other organic soiling that adheres to exterior surfaces around your home or business are easily removed by using this method of cleaning.
